help me how to enhance my pic. plz!

below is my new pic. but the pixels are so big.
can you help me how to enhance
it and make it clear? thankz!

agree aq with marek wag k ng kumuka ng pic using cellphone, mas mganda gmitin pang edit ang picture from camera kesa cellphones.

yah pangit pag from cellphone,pero depende rin kung ilan megapixel nung camera sa phone mu,,, hehe

at the topic...actually u got nice pic here only the fone that u used has a low resolution so its really hard to edit the pic... but like i said ur pic is nice :flower:

but it all depends naman on where you took the photos..
kasi kahit celphone lang yan oh whatever thingy is that your using..
pagmaganda ang scenario ng paligid mo like outdoor views..

i did try enchancing it, pero ndi na tlga maayos yan dude. hehe.

kya ko prin iedit yan hehe:) nothings impossible

yan... pag gagamit ako ng blur cgurado babading ang labas....
too much blur makes it like a maniquin.. i cant realy remove the black thinggy from the face..
